Beginning the application process
Michigan State University has organized six of the biological sciences graduate units
under one umbrella, designated as the BioMolecular Science (BMS) Gateway. Admissions
and the first year of graduate studies are administered through the BMS. Students
admitted through the BMS earn their degrees in one of the participating units. The
BMS offers students flexibility in their course of study and research training. Prospective
students with an interest in pursuing a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Integrative
Physiology should apply using program code 5807 and are directed to learn more about
the BMS at (http://biomolecular.natsci.msu.edu/).
Complete application instructions can be found at the BMS Application Process website.
